Hi Guys!
I'm Davide,I'm 22 and I found the Gang just today.
I've lived in London since 1 year but the next September I'm gonna come to Sydney.
I'm Italian and my English maybe could be not perfect.
In Italy I always did this job,are 4 years, and I really love make coffees, speak with the customers, give them a "good day" with them coffees...

Here in London is really different as in Italy.
I open the coffee shop at 6 o'clock in the morning and there's not a free while or a moment of quiet.

Is incredible!

But I love it.
In a few months with my skills I had a lot of compliments but now I found you and for me could be a really good opportunity when I'll arrive in Sydney.

BBbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbuuuttt i have just one question to ask.

Here in London a lkot of customers ask me a CAPPUCCINO DRY,VERY DRY.

Now,I'm making every day and I don't have any complaints but I would ask you what can you tell me about it.
Yours method or trick.

thanks!
And I hope to see you soon!

Davide

Hi Davide,

it's great to hear that you love your barista job as much as we do.

I know what you mean when you say you don't get a quiet moment.

To answer your question about the dry cappuccino:

A 'Dry Cappuccino' or 'Cappuccino Dry' is a cappuccino with even more froth or foam as a regular cappuccino. So if someone orders an extra dry cappuccino they want it extra foamy. Less milk, more foam. I had people you just wanted foam without any milk.

I hope this will help you to get even more compliments

Which cafe are you working at?

I will come and say hi the next time I'm in London for a coffee training.

All the best from Sydney!

David
